3. Purpose of data processing
- The Data Controller reserves the right to use cookies for the operation of its website. Cookies are small packets of information that are automatically stored on the user’s computer. 4. Duration of processing

- The above provisions do not affect the fulfilment of the legal obligations of retention.
5. Data security
- The Data Controller shall ensure the security of personal data, and shall take the technical and organisational measures and establish the procedural rules necessary to enforce the Infotv. and other data protection and confidentiality rules, in particular the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The processing takes place exclusively at the Data Controller’s headquarters.

7. Scope of data processed
- Personal data: surname, first name.
- Contact details: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number.
- IT data: IP address, data about your website activity, the type of operating system and browser you use.
8. Remedies
- The Data Subject is subject to the Infotv. 21. §-may object to the processing of his or her personal data on the grounds set out in §. In such a case, the Data Controller shall examine the objection and inform the applicant in writing of the outcome within 5 (five) calendar days of the request.
- If the Data Subject disagrees with the decision of the Data Controller or if the Data Controller fails to comply with the time limit, the Data Subject may, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of notification of the decision or the last day of the time limit, take the matter to court.

9. Possibility of unilateral amendment
The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Notice.
